Dirty Ginger is a hard bitten San Francisco cop who gets the job done with little regard for the rules, he is called ‘Dirty’ because he get all the dirty jobs. Scorpio is a serial killer and kidnapper who, released after manipulating the justice system, kidnaps a bus full of school children. There’s only one cop who can save the day.
